Vestigan & Caprese Salad

What I Wore:

Today’s outfit is a super easy one. It’s basically a white t-shirt with jeans but dressed up a bit with a vest/cardigan. I’m not exactly sure what to call it but it’s very soft and I love the stripes. It has a t-back and it quite comfy! What do you think this is called? A vestigan?

What I Ate:

Caprese Salad

Ingredients

1 ripe red tomato, sliced 1/4″ thick

1 ripe yellow tomato, sliced 1/4″ thick

1 big handful fresh basil leaves

1-2 balls fresh mozzarella, sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, reduced (heat to a low boil for about 10 minutes and let cool until slightly thickened)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

pinch of fresh black pepper

Directions

Arrange tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella alternately around a plate then sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the balsamic reduction and chomp away!
